&lt;p&gt;In one week I&amp;#8217;ve lost 11 lbs. Even if it is entirely water weight I&amp;#8217;m proud. Still means I&amp;#8217;m 11 lbs. lighter. Considering I went from a trash diet to keto overnight I&amp;#8217;d like to think at least some of it is fat loss.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Mentally my head feels a lot clearer. My mood has been a lot more consistent. I&amp;#8217;ve had more energy and confidence, which in turn has lead to socializing a bit more with friends and people at school.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The first 3 days of keto are the hardest. After that it is a breeze. You can find keto-friendly foods at virtually any restaurant. It&amp;#8217;s incredible. I will definitely be sticking this out for the 30 Day Challenge. Oh yeah! My binge eating is gone!! I still kinda crave cookies and whatever when I see/smell them but the cravings are WAYYYY less intense. Plus at this point it is far too hard to justify breaking the diet.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;All in all solid progress. The weight loss will inevitably slow down (as it should) but whatever. Awkward.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I spent the last three hours reading outside with friends. It was enjoyable. I&amp;#8217;m starting to feel a little more comfortable. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also definitely eating more calories which means a less rapid weight loss. Oh well. Definitely an increase in energy. However this morning has been somewhat frustrating.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I went with mom to my psychiatrist at 10:20am. I&amp;#8217;m in the process of switching therapists because progress with the current one has stagnated. Psych doctor wants me to have blood work done and to take a piss test. Even though I&amp;#8217;m switching therapists I still need to see the current one in a couple hours. The appointments are scheduled awkwardly and I left the appointment feeling annoyed. Thanks to keto I am able to resist emotional eating.&lt;/p&gt;
